Jenny is responsible for beautiful. She has been heard to say "If it don't look good we don't do it!" Her mission in life is to add color and beauty to everything around her.

Operations and Finance Manager
Throughout high school and college, David worked a variety of home construction jobs including sprinkler system installation, finishing basements and building decks. After College, David went on to spend 19 years in the finance business, of which the last 10 years were spent as General Manager of an auto finance company. Although he was working in the finance field, his passion for home remodeling was never lost as he worked as a handyman on nights and weekends. He later went on to purchase, renovate, and manage rental properties. Now with Manzer Contracting, David gets to combine his passion for home renovation and finance. For those of you who wonder how long it took him to grow out his hair and beard....nobody knows for sure, he was born that way. He also sings like an Amish man, he can sometimes be heard singing to himself as he organizes giant stacks of paper generated by Will "I will get you those receipts next week" Manzer.
Francisco "Long sleeves and shorts" Martinez
Crew Manager and Lead Carpenter
Mr. Martinez has been remodeling homes since 2002, and was a cabinetmaker prior to that. Franciso prefers to listen to the same song over and over. It consists of three men, one guitar player, one violin and one trumpet. They wear very large silly hats and the bass beat stays the same.
